Secretary Hagel has required all branches to review their policies in regards to hairstyles and specifically how it relates to African American females.

You beat me to it. I thought I was reading a post from The Onion. I cannot believe this is real. All I can say is, Look out USMC; AR 670-1 is coming to screw up the Marine Appearance Standards seeing as how we plagiarized nearly the whole thing from yours. If the Army regulation is changed then so should the Marine Corps regulation.
