Not only is that article a ringing endorsement for CrossFit, but LTG Abrams brought it to his entire (3rd Infantry) Division in 2012. That's not going to go unnoticed by his higher. Standard PRT must be "optional" when something like that happens.<br /><br />I wish CrossFit has been popular in the Army when I was still active duty.
