A soldier from 1st ID, 1st Brigade, 2-34 Bravo Co, 3rd PLT REAPERS, has a Taliban sharpshooter miss him by a few inches in Kandahar Province. His response is what sets a warfighter apart from any other type of person. He just avoided death by a few inches, keeps his calm, and continues on with the fight as if nothing had happened. This occurred in 2011.
