Since the April 2014 Fort Hood shooting, what policy changes has your base taken to restrict/control personal weapons?

I don't think restricting/controlling personal weapons has anything to do with it. There are signs posted at the entrances to a base or post informing visitors that privately owned weapons are restricted. The only way to prevent or minimize the damage an active shooter causes is to let those with concealed firearms permits carry on their person or do 100% vehicle inspections. The weapons aren't the problem, the people using the weapon in such a manner is.
