Should we stop observing Daylight Savings Time and go to one time year round (no changing clocks)?

The Senate passed a law to go to one standard time year round; no more changing of clocks. Time changes impact our health and wellness (more medical problems with changing) but also have financial impacts if we stop the change.
Should we change our clocks or not?

Daylight Savings Time has outlived it's usefulness so it's time it ended.

People still have to eat. Farms are why we have the time change, originally, isn’t it? It doesn’t affect me here in Arizona, but there are a lot of farms up north that might need it. It might be a bit of a pain for some, but it’s nothing like the International Date Line.

In my humble opinion, I think it makes sense to stick with the current 'daylight savings time' that has existed in the USA Federal system since the Uniform Time Act was passed in 1966. It was initially enacted in the Standard Time Act was passed in March 1918 after the USA became involved in the Great War Lt Col Charlie Brown.
The states are not obligated to follow 'daylight savings time, yet most do
One of the concerns about eliminating the clock change, is that in northern states some children had to go to school in the dark and traffic accidents increased involving children.
