Should Warrior Leaders Course (WLC) be required to get promoted to E5?

I believe that answer to be yes. We have promoted Soldiers to early in their career with no experience, civilian education, and military schooling. Over half of the Soldiers do nit know how to march, do a in rank inspection and know basic military information to be the "BE, KNOW, & DO" NCO. Time to getting back to earning your stripes. What is your stance on this topic?

It should be a requirement. I have been to wlc and thne after that i received my stripes.

They have renamed this BLC, Basic Leaders Course.
