Seemed pretty funny to me....And she came here and became a citizen the legal way. And she's right about the test, Half the people on the street today wouldn't pass it and they vote..... However i do believe that entertainers should stay out of politics. Unless they have the guts to place their name on the ballot...

I do not know this actress...She joked about the citizenship ceremony and didn't seem serious about renouncing the Queen....Why exactly did she become a citizen? At least she did it the right way...unlike the millions who have not.
Brits have always had a weird dry sense of Humor....I've really not found there humor very humorous...
I do not know if she should move back or not. Do not know enough about her.

British humor is lost on most Americans. Amusingly, the ones most likely to whine about it also seem to be the ones that whine about political correctness too and there is NOTHING PC about British humor.

Emily Blunt is a liberal, not doubt about it. But I watched the clip of her remark and she was just trying to be funny. Here remark was no worse than any comment made by people like Dennis Miller. I give her a pass on this one.
