Republicans want to know why Hillary Clinton was NOT charged with a crime and Democrats call this another With Hunt like Benghazi.

I look forward to hearing M. Comey and any other FBI agents answer more questions about the investigation into Hillary's emails and why she and her staff were not charged with security violations

Loretta Lynch will also be asked to appear before congress to testify about her role in not charging Hillary or any of her staff with criminal wrongdoing and her so called chance meeting on the tarmac with Bill Clinton to talk about their grand kids and golf.

The interesting thing is that while Hillary may avoid prosecution, her entire staff are essentially un-clearable now. How can any of them ever be given a clearance after the fbi director's statements?

I agree, if any of us were to send classified info over private emails weld be sent to gitmo no questions asked there is things that I was part of over 10 yrs ago that the government says is classified and I cant say anything about it, much less send emails. I just don't understand. I saw many secured emails and info that never had to be questioned if it was classified even if not labled, hoe can we trust a commander in chief who says she had no knowledge of any classified information being shared, I'm sorry but this makes no sense.

No. We need to get over it and move on. If anyone really thought she was going to be indicted, please go to the bathroom and see if there is anything between your ears other than cobwebs and a lockout tagout block. We've wasted two years of this Congress to go all out in blue falconing each other, [login to see] 649854698 investigations that went to the same conclusion we all knew was coming. It has taken members of congress to new lows on both sides, and proved the last two years weren't about what "The American Public Wants", but more like "I'm gonna settle some scores". If you compare the two congresses between Regan with Beiruit, and Obama and Bengazi, Regan's congress was more focused on the job compared to "getting even". They didn't take two years to find conclusions, or spend millions of dollars going nowhere. None of them had the fruit loop haircut Growdy has. Let's close this chapter, and move on. No one is coming back, and no one in congress really ever GAF about them anyways. It was all scores being settled.

"No. We need to get over it and move on."

Not going to happen Swanie.

.I am one of those guys with the more I know about a legal case; the more I want to learn about it...I was stationed in Houston TX during the Watergate Hearings and was glued to the TV watching them.
Who knows Emailgate might just reveal more about the Hillary emails & the ties between her, Lynch and Obama ?? Nothing like a good scandal or double standard to get the metabolism going when you can't run anymore. Did Hilary perjure herself when she lied her butt off in front of the Congressional Benghazi Hearings?? Stay tuned

I feel your pain. Sadly, there's more to come. The FBI Director described in detail indictable offenses and then announced there would be no indictment. He may has well just have saved us and himself a lot of time and trouble by summarizing his statement as "We are recommending a political cover up". The whole business about "criminal intent" was a non sequitur and everyone with any legal training knows this. As to all those other "investigations", how many of them actually produced anything other than a cover up? Just one, the last one.

The FBI director, in his own press release, admitted that she broke the below two US Codes (both are felonies and 1924 is punishable with up to a year in jail and 793 is punishable with up to 10 years in jail I might add) among others.

18 U.S. Code § 1924 "Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both."
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1924

18 U.S. Code § 793 "(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793

Comey then proceeded to lie and state that others who have done the same thing have not been prosecuted either. Well, a certain Navy Engineer may has something to say about that one: http://www.navytimes.com/.../navy-engineer.../30862027/

The fact is, whether you are a Democrat, a Republican, or any other political affiliation, given everything Comey stated before stating that the FBI has recommended she face no charges, American citizens should be highly concerned and angry that nothing is happening. People complained when the government said certain businesses were "too big to fail", well this case just proved that this government also believes that some people are "TOO INFLUENTIAL TO CHARGE"!

Let's take a look at a bit of history. I can think of a particular US President who resigned due to looming impeachment proceedings for doing less that what Clinton did while at the State Department. And then, let's not forget that Clinton, her staff, and her lawyers DESTROYED EVIDENCE (Comey flat stated this) which likely would have demonstrated even more wrongdoing AFTER it had been subpoenaed by the Federal Government and FBI. Lets not forget that, once again, this is yet another FELONY that Comey flat stated she committed. This is a felony that is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

18 U.S. Code § 1519 "Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1519

So, are you correct that we all should have known she would never be indicted? Absolutely! But, let's also be clear, this is not a case where there wasn't enough evidence - Comey outlined the clear evidence of violation of the above codes I listed - this is a case where Comey is obviously doing damage control to protect his own career against the best interest of the nation! The American people (at least those that are outraged) are absolutely right to be outraged about what has transpired here (Clinton not facing charges) and those that are not are far too apathetic. It doesn't matter what political party you ascribe to or what your political ideology is. Clinton's actions were dangerous, irresponsible, a violation of federal law, and detrimental to national security. What intelligent person, regardless of political ideology, would honestly believe that this is an appropriate person to hold the nation's highest office?

We should definitely have more hearings to hear why those hearings didn't reach the conclusions we wanted them to! And then maybe more hearings on the purpose of hearings, and how so-called hearings are nowadays mostly lame political games designed to discredit people in the executive branch --Do you hear me?

"Brezler’s case first came to light after he sent an e-mail with a couple classified documents attached to Marines in Afghanistan about Jan. Brezler was deployed to Afghanistan from 2009 to 2010, and had worked successfully to have Jan removed from power in another district, Now Zad. Brezler self-reported his spillage of classified information afterward, and the service found that he had been keeping it on an unsecured hard drive."....http://www.wasgingtonpost.com...
He violated the security rules for Registered Pubs and that is a very serious offense when I served. And Politics were also at play in his case. Maj Brezler was in a combat zone which makes the violation more serious.
So I would say this was the right decision from just a cursory review of his case Major.
Btw say "Hello" to Gen Dunford for me. We went to the same high school in Dorchester MA but I was several years ahead of him.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - Yes I agree the decision was right but he didn't lie, didn't conceal and the information was far less sensitive than HRC's emails. He was deamed unfit to serve. Next time, I brief CJCS I'll let him know

Absolutely. It's called 'congressional oversight' and like our rights it needs to be exercised, i.e., a right unexercised will be a right denied.

It just goes to show you that ones with the gold make the rules.
Hillary should be in prison for espionage (minimum: 10 year sentence) and it's also a felony so then Hillary will then be a felon which then would destroy her career as a politician.
This country is so fucked up sometimes.
You have the evidence yet you won't convict.
Rigged.

The Republican controlled congress has wasted enough time and money on investigations that did not yield the results they wanted. I believe it was Einstein that said the definition of insanity is asking the same question and expecting a different answer.
Congress needs to get on with the business they are charged to do such as producing a balanced budget on time, or acting on the Predidents nomination for a Supreme Court judge.
