Republicans want to know why Hillary Clinton was NOT charged with a crime and Democrats call this another With Hunt like Benghazi.

I look forward to hearing M. Comey and any other FBI agents answer more questions about the investigation into Hillary's emails and why she and her staff were not charged with security violations

"The Hearing "will start at 1000Hrs today and we can argue about it later. Those who oppose this congressional hearing are also the same who said Hillary did nothing wrong with her email and server. So maybe these Hillary supporters don't want us to learn more about their nonsense????..

I looked through some of her emails that Wikileaks released yesterday and they are amazing. Here's just one I read that was marked Confidential (interesting has both unclassified and a confidential marking).
https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/7621

But, I held clearances for 32 years. We often talked about how the rules are different for those in Washington. Not saying I agree; but fact of life.

It might get interesting if Wikileaks has email that the FBI hasn't seen yet...

The Dems are attacking the Republicans again for holding this hearing today and here are some headlines in the Liberal Media that I found:

"Democrats were furious over Chaffetz’s election-year decision to haul Comey before his committee."

“Republican after Republican praised Director Comey’s impeccable record of independence_right up until the moment he issued his conclusion,” said the committee’s top Democrat, Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland. “The only emergency here is that yet another Republican conspiracy theory is slipping away.”

Clinton’s spokesman, Brian Fallon, denounced Chaffetz’s hearing as “another taxpayer-funded sham.”

I think there should be....I think the speaker said there was going to be hearings on the director as well as a few others. I mean I think this is setting a precedence of how this will go now in the future with any one with power. Looks like Edward Snowden can be let back in the country now haha

Clinton's popularity has strongly dropped in the last couple of days.

Best way to pump her up again may be hearings.

I also think the totally discredited Obama is smarter than the GOP. Hearings mean nothing and if she gets elected and then impeached she won't be removed by the Senate.

I will add that I think Mr. Comey did the best he could on Tuesday under the circumstances. He laid that bitch out so even the Hill Bots could see it.

SFC Bernard Walko - Well, stripping away many of her supporters could help.

The polls are being skewed up for her. I think Trump is the better choice.

Clinton is really nuts.

SFC Bernard Walko - I think Comey will do a good job and will answer all of the questions. He will not play politics like the IRS Director or other Obama Administration puppets ..Eric Holder was probably the worst along with Susan Rice who think they are above congress and don't have to answer their questions.

On reflection I think Mr. Comey did the country a great service and at risk to his career by laying out Clinton's law breaking. But Lynch wouldn't support indictments so he had to take that into account.

I don't understand why Hillary's conduct was not deemed willfully done and if not why was it extremely careless and not grossly negligent?? And I don't think this is much to do about nothing. I disagree with those who said Hillary was found to not have been charged we should move on and let if go. Clinton supporters and her campaign claim the Republicans are trying to make this into a another controversy and keep it alive until the convention. Ok there may be some of that but I think we have the right to know how FBI Director made a judgement call rather than the AG. And do all of the FBI agree with his decision?? I read that the FBI may have others agents be called to testify.

So enlighten us - why did she violate all rules/regs on classified information? If she's paranoid due to getting called to account for all her dubious activity over the years (like Whitewater, Travel Office scandal, Rose law firm), she should step out of public service. You apparently believe she's entitled to act outside the law.

CDR Jon Corrigan - Dubious activity over the years to a conservative is exactly the conspiracy theory GOP smear and "swift boating" bullshit that she is trying to hide her emails from.

LTC (Join to see) - Terrific. Not sure what's worse - that she did it or that you believe she was entitled to because of all the mean Republicans and the VRWC.
