Seems to the info was spread by rumor and not defaming in any meaningful way, or rise to a confidential level. More like SSA's guys there talking , "Yea, He couldn't get a job here". Odds are many of the agents involved were there when he applied and was turned down, and needed no look at a personal file to know what they already knew and talked about firsthand.<br /><br />This is not to say the Secret Service does not have serious problems, that have been steadily getting worse since both the HSA organization and now the Obama Admin.
