How can this be when that is the primary reason they state they were collecting the data? I have no problem with it. Not that much "Personal" data can be gleaned from that. You can make a lot of inferences about the Network, Organization, Chain of Command, Order of Battle, Who is the Top Dog and Who are Soldiers but that is about it. If they want to great.
