Should the military do away with the flu mist?

It seems like everyone that I know that received the flu mist at EOBC and other times always got sick when they received the flu mist. Should the military stop giving that out and stick with the flu shot?

Funny I would always get sick and I mean really sick from the flu shot but never from the mist. Now that i am retied I can't get the mist so I skip the flu shot, it's just not worth being sick for 2 weeks.

I think it should be at one's discretion, not mandatory.

I absolutely hate the flu mist. It makes me stuffy for like a week. I hate sounding like a mouth breather. Luckily because of where I work, I got the shot.

I'm all for the hypospray like vaccinations. I've heard legends about them... never experienced them...
