yes without a doubt,but if they do obama will exhonerate her but we do need legsislation that moves towards all govt. fall under the UCMJ versus current sketchy laws that need to apply to all in this "new world" era

Should they? Yes, if she is not above the law. Will they? No, all I want is a constant reminder as to the duplicity right up to the election. Don't care how that takes place.

We all knew what would happen when Lynch said she would follow "Whatever the FBI recommendations were", could you be any more obvious as to your intentions? Not that It's her job or anything like that to take the evidence and make the call instead of doing what is recommended to her. Yes BTW

Yes but the Dept. of Justice is as crooked as Hillary so they won't. The entire Obama administration is a huge collection of scum, trash and garbage. Unfortunately so is a large percentage of the population so they don't care.

The latest from Lynch:

“Late this afternoon, I met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation,” Lynch said in a statement. “I received and accepted their unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the scope of the investigation.”

The "unanimous recommendation" and no charges against anyone are new. Tomorrow ought to be informative; be interesting to see how bad a hand the FBI is holding.
