Sometimes, with some HR holders, the rank and experience is needed to ensure proper accountability.Response by MSG Jose Colon made Mar 22 at 2014 7:25 PM2014-03-22T19:25:08-04:002014-03-22T19:25:08-04:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member82495<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think they should. I also think they need to go back to having a Captain (LG or Quartermaster) as the BDE PBO with a Warrant Assistant (similar to the BDE S1). Why we ever went away from have an officer and Sr. NCO in the PBO section is a mystery to me. I think the PBO is one of the most critical positions in the BDE. I never realized how valuable having the E7 in place was. You can't account for property if you don't have the proper experienced NCO in place. When the DA civilian was brought in we suffered in the worst sort of way and are in a total rebuild stage on Property Accountability.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 27 at 2018 5:59 AM2018-01-27T05:59:11-05:002018-01-27T05:59:11-05:00SGM Bill Frazer3297763<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1. The seniority damn sure helps with an E7. 2. E-7's are not as easily bamboozled or fobbed off. 3. A PO'd E5 is not scary, a PO'd E7 with ties to all the other senior NCO's can cause panic attacks among many.Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Jan 27 at 2018 9:54 AM2018-01-27T09:54:26-05:002018-01-27T09:54:26-05:002014-03-21T23:39:35-04:00
