I'm afraid it will cost too much money to conduct the vast amounts of promotion boards that will be required and after our recent bouts with force reduction, I'm not sure if spending money on promotion programs is the right thing to spend it on.<br />The E7 board would try to eliminate those MSgts that don't really want to be SNCOs, but want the raise.
