Should RP get rid of voting all together? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/should-rp-get-rid-of-voting-all-together <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I propose that RP gets rid of the ability to not only DOWN vote but UP vote as well. If someone really has an opinion that they want the RP community to know then they can leave a comment as per usual but I think the voting aspect has gotten way out of hand. Yes it is exciting to see that your funny comment or intellectually stimulating post is well liked but I see a lot of people getting upset unnecessarily over a single DOWN vote. I was reading a post earlier, this is not the only example but it is the straw that broke the camel's back and incited this tirade, and I saw two NCOs  squabbling like children and arguing over something someone put on the internet. As an NCO you are the epitome of leadership and professionalism and to publicly express your rant against another NCO is unbecoming. If you really get that upset over a DOWN vote or something you disagree with why not send a private message and keep it between the two of you? I think we should just level the playing field and get rid of voting because some individuals can't seem to handle it without getting personally involved. All questions, comments, concerns, bitches, gripes, and complaints are welcome.  Tue, 04 Feb 2014 10:42:09 -0500 Should RP get rid of voting all together? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/should-rp-get-rid-of-voting-all-together <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I propose that RP gets rid of the ability to not only DOWN vote but UP vote as well. NCO make mistakes too. but we can learn for those mistakes and it will allow all us nco's to be better leaders.
