Should RallyPoint support the wounded warriors project by having a place where you can put donations ?

Absolutely not. There are much better charities out there. WWP is pretty infamous at this point for being a get rich quick scheme for it's CEO, whose pockets are where the bulk of contributions are going...

No, they are inefficient with the funds we donate. The Fisher house donates 92% vs WWP at 59%.

There are an awful lot of folks on here that would be bent out of shape about that. WWP undoubtedly does good work, but their overhead is astronomical compared to charities of similar types, and WWP has been aggressively advertising and absorbing other charities to maintain a dominant market share.
I do think that if RP wants to create a portal, listing, or even rating system for military related charities, that would be a useful tool.
What say you LTC Yinon Weiss and RP Staff?

Private RallyPoint Member - To provide WWP (or any other 501(c)3 for that matter) an avenue on RP would have to be a business decision resting solely on the shoulders of RP. Personally, I think WWP has already created sufficient firestorms within the veterans' communities. To bring these guys "on board," even in any capacity, would only serve to spray kerosene on that open flame.

I would hold off until we learn more after The CEO & Chief Ops were just fired for wasteful spending of our donations...Not a good thing to say the least.
