Trump's Twitter account is a "private" form of communication to the public. The problem with it is his open access to it removes another layer of brain to mouth filter that we expect from a head of state...I mean look at the Ramzan Kadyrov and his Instagram account.

Should Trump have access to his Twitter account while in office? Absolutely, however all communications should be managed and screened by his media advisor to ensure he is presenting himself in a manner suiting of a president. I image this will become more of an issue as time progresses and social media becomes a more ingrained aspect of our society in follow on presidencies.
