There is no way the Supreme Court of the United States is going to even consider listen to this case.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - This is certainly a test of the Commisioner's ability to be both the judge and prosecutioner. At the end of the day, SCOTUS has bigger fish to fry. Brady may do whatever he wishes and the result will be the same: First four games on the bench. Besides, even IF SCOTUS hears the appeal, it won't happen 'til after the season is well underway (if not over).

The Supreme Court has real issue that they to rule. Don't waste time on a Prima Dona who can't go outside and play. ...and I really like Tom Brady.
