Would there be a quota system involved?<br /><br />I remember reading an article a while back discussing the lack of minorities in the combat arms officer career field, and it stated that this was a result of them not selecting that particular field, not a conspiracy by white guys.<br /><br />Now if it's revealed that there is a conspiracy by white guys to keep minorities out of elite units, then by all means Congress should step in.
