Personally, and kind of compensation from the private sector to politicians should be banned in order to maintain fair and unbiased decision making..

No, politicians are American citizens. They enjoy the same rights as anyone else after they leave office. Such a law would violate the 1st Amendment of the Constitution.

I think lobbying in general needs some better regulation. I have nothing against a politician lobbying another politician, but if there's an exchange of money in the process they should both be hung in the streets and made an example of. Lobbying is a joke term. It is actually buying politicians that you're referring to, which should be, and used to be, insanely illegal.

I believe you run into trouble when you identify people as not having the right to speak freely, lobby or petition government. Instead I would make it illegal for an elected official to be paid or compensated for any lobbying activities. They are still free to lobby regarding an issue that is important to them, however they may not earn millions selling influence to foreign governments or special interests.

There is no reason to do this, there is no conflict of interest unless the POL is still setting in his seat and conducting lobbying: that's illegal. Semper FI.
