I use a high bar squat and love full range of motion. I’m 170lbs 6’2. Also in ROTC<br /> I heard running shoes are bad to squat in so going to upgrade to chuck Taylor’s or squat shoes. I use a shoulder with stance( pretty close).Should I wear squat shoes or Chuck Taylors for squatting?2018-06-29T11:29:45-04:00Andrew Novak3753251<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello, been squaring for about a year and got my max to 235. I hope this helps .Response by CPO Dave Royce made Jun 29 at 2018 12:04 PM2018-06-29T12:04:41-04:002018-06-29T12:04:41-04:00SSgt Private RallyPoint Member3757010<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Nothing wrong with just goin barefoot too. If I were into that fashion, I'd at least invest in a good pair of athletic insole to bring them into the 21st century. Otherwise, they're primitive footwear.Response by LCpl Sidney Green made Feb 11 at 2021 7:33 AM2021-02-11T07:33:18-05:002021-02-11T07:33:18-05:002018-06-29T11:29:45-04:00
