Good day everyone. I have 53 months TIS and 29 months TIG. Should I have been integrated to the promotion list. I was told by my 1SG that MLI is no longer a thing. I have not been counseled on not being recommended for the promotion board. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Look, your chain should talk/counsel you on this, so if needed you could improve. Bottom line tho- NO promotions other than those shown on the entry contract are guaranteed. TIG/TIS are merely reference points to secondary zone and primary promotions . Your Command controls promotions- if they don't recommend you to board- then you don't advance. Ask for PSG/1SG why.

Lastly, this was implemented in 2018, but things change. This was released from HRC (below is the link). I would go to S1 and ask for more info on it.
