Should I go to the IG for an unexplained AGR rejection? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/should-i-go-to-the-ig-for-an-unexplained-agr-rejection <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Myself and other soldiers applied for an AGR position. The position was filled by a soldier within a completely different unit without any type of board. Mine and at least one other soldier had immaculate packets but were rejected. No one received any type of rejection email explaining deficits. The other soldiers suspect something suspicious and suggests we go to IG. Is it worth rocking the boat? How do you know the Soldier who was accepted had to go to no board? If I remember correctly, talking to a National Guardsmen AGR, they stated that it was an interview type process and that anyone could apply in the Active Component, Reserve or National Guard, as long as they transfer into that states National Guard.
