Should I add a certificate to my OMPF if it's signed by a rather infamously notorious officer?

So I have the German Armed Forces Badge for Military Proficiency (Gold) that I would like to add to my OMPF. However, the certifying official is an infamous 1-Star General that shall remain unnamed because he is still pending a GCM. Do I add the award with this guys name attached to it or should I just leave it be?

I recommend you add it, as this is your achievement, regardless of who signed it and their current status.

If you are questioning its validity or if it will make the board members have a negatively biased opinion of you then I would advise that it will not. It was your achievement as stated earlier, it's not like your name is in the GCM hearings and if it was well, then you wouldn't have to worry about the board anyway.

Upload it! No matter who signed your award, if you earned it, you should proudly display it. The allegations agaisnt said GO is not about producing false awards, so there should not be any negative connotation attached to your award by the members of the board who view your records.
