I don&#39;t get it, as all convictions are in your OPMF... but I suspect they want to ensure it is front and center.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you look at what is happening just after officer promotion boards, you can see what the issue is. If you don't know, an additional board is looking in the restricted files to see about removing you from the promotion list. Apparently, they want most of the restricted stuff to be 'in your face' on the boards now.<br />I guess too many people got their stuff moved to the restricted file and have been promoted over the years.
