What is your philosophy? I want to see how, if any, it was different from the last CDR. I also like to take a look at it to see if there was something left out that I could recommend adding. This gave the incoming CDR another perspective on the Company.</p><p><br></p><p>2. What are your goals? What are you looking to gain out of command?</p><p><br></p><p>3.
