Senator Rand Paul is doing charity eye surgery in Haiti . Don't you wish all politicians were as charitable ?

I know no other candidates are eye surgeons but the money bring spent to run for president could be used to do real good in the world.

I think all of them do Charitable Work, Head up their own Charities and I commend them all for taking care of those less fortunate.

I really enjoy reading news like this. It shows compassion for another. It is nice to see a politician that being political isn't their only skill.

I was going to go with an emphatic 'yes'; but when I found out he is using it for his own gain- I changed my mind.
I, indeed, wish that all politicians were charitable.
