Do you think the leader of Afghanistan will sign the Security Agreement, if so when?

As late as this week the President of Afghanistan (PoA) Karzai stated he will not sign the bilateral peace agreement. There is some statesmanship & showmanship in that stand insomuch as the upcoming elections (and his life after being the PoA).

By taking this stand (against signing), he is not endorsing the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) stay in the country any longer. This puts an incredible strain on us as well as our coalition partners to plan and execute a hasty and deliberate exfil.

While most do see this as POA Karzai posturing himself for post PoA life, it puts undue pressures on the next PoA and the coalition forces.

The reason I am asking this question is ,because I am currently Forward Deployed and a lot of us want to know if we are going to be extended past our redeployment date. I do not have a problem with be extended, but I would like to know sooner than later, so that I can make arrangement with my family and my current employer.
