SECAF James has vowed to focus on the human element of my beloved Air Force this coming year. Facing cuts either via Congressional bickering or via Sequestration, she has stated that her intent for the upcoming year will be three-fold, all focusing on the Airmen.

What else is she suppose to say.. "I'm sorry but with budget cuts and projected losses we want all of you to work harder and do more with less"......wait that's what were were told in the 90s.......anyway she in a tough position for sure....but this is just political rhetoric. Feel good news.

I don't believe her. When they start talking about people, and caring about people they really start cutting troops and our benefits.
