Unfortunately, from my experiences and observations, veterans as a demographic group are not given the same elevated, "social reform" status as ethnic or gender orientation based groups.

Sometimes being young and being in college means the chance to still being closed minded and stupid still exist. The individuals who decided to harass and assault the veterans are truly ignorant and some of them were probably doing it to fit in. Here's the deal, if someone spits on me, I am going to whip someone's ass. I will not be passive and just walk away.

They pour beer & spit on a "wounded warrior & his service dog", that was there to get away from the hell he lives with for the other 364 days a year, & piss on our flag and you want to close there school or frat house? I say hell no! Its time to teach them things that others have failed to do for way to long. Respect, Morals, Dignity, Common Sense as well as a great life lesson that no matter who you are or who your with right is right and wrong is wrong. They are no different than us, when we go to other states and countries we have laws we have to obay. Yes they do not have as many but they need to be held accountable for their actions. They either took part or failed to stop them as they set back and laughed while the others did. I'm sure there's a lot of video to show the ones that took part in it also.
I think:
Paying for a service dog, his room and stuff to be cleaned up would be a nice start (each of them, No splitting the cost) this way there will be money to help other wounded warriors have a dog that needs one, more rooms next year for others and less rooms and money for them. Add some time with the wounded warriors so they see another side of the price the men's and women of our military pay for the freedoms they obused would be a nice start?
What I'd like to do to them, for their actions,think about it (He's family to me)...
