I rarely see a fully certified 35 series Soldier. I see some that went to reclass for officers. They do not get the full MOS training and the rest of us just cover down either in those positions or in addition to our positions. We should strive to recruit more and also once they are in we need to hook them up with the units who need them and not double/triple slot them in the same position in another unit.
