Can those 10 non applicable semester hours be added to my ERB along with the hours that are applicable? S1 question. Can semester hours that are not applicable towards a specific degree be added to an ERB? 2014-12-02T00:45:26-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 350808 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My transcript says I have 12 general knowledge semester hours, 24 elective semester hours, and 10 transfer credit semester hours that are not program applicable. However, if you multiple school transcripts, you must take the transcripts to your education counselor for review and consolidation. They will issue you a memo to take to your BN S1 who will then update the ERB accordingly. S1 is not authorized to interpret which hours may be duplicated in multiple transcripts and we are also not allowed to combine multiple transcript hours. I did about 30 between the CLEP and DSST tests earning over 100 credits in the time span of a month. Couple that with the JST and the real college classes I was already taking and now I have over 140 college credits. I finished a Undergraduate Certificate in Real Estate Management with AMU, an AAS in Intelligence Operations Studies with Cochise College, and now I am working on a BS in Sports and Health Science through AMU again. I have maxed out all the civilian ed I need to make SSG and I'm not even a promotable SPC yet. All of those credits went on my ERB since there is no duplicate work done. I currently have over 60 credits that do not apply to my specific degree, but they still count for points.
