<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I constantly tell my Soldiers that if anyone within the unit or the building we share with other units, harasses or assaults them in any way, tell me right away and I will put legal foot to ass. They have always been told that those actions are not tolerated whatsoever and to report it no matter who it is. If its Mr. Rogers making unwanted advances/comments, report it. Had a soldier once, during an APFT, begin to tell a joke that had inappropriate language in regards to the female Soldiers present. On the first word I heard that didn't suite the situation, I got into his ear and let him know. Needless to say, he never did it again.
