I must have missed something because I didn't get to add any additional info. My question to the RP community is simple. Are Russia and China planning mock amphibious exercises as a deterrent, a political maneuver, or genuine attempt to refine inter-military capabilities? I see it as a direct threat to Japan's recent move to become a known offensive military, which is in direct violation of the treaty signed at the end of WWII, considering the territory disputes in the the South China Sea.

I especially look to my Cold War Warriors for their input.

I don't think they are trying to provoke a direct confrontation with us, but I do think they are taking advantage of our weak state of affairs to expand their areas of influence.

i think they are nemeses but with work on foreign relations they can be friends; or cooperation with
relationship of our countries can see our way to friendships.....
