SSG Private RallyPoint Member3736679<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I requested an assignment through ASK Requisitions roughly around 1700 Fort Knox time. When I clicked on Requisitions after the request was confirmed it showed details about the assignment I requested. Roughly 24 hours later, over a Friday night and a Saturday, I checked ASK to double check an assignment detail. Now says "Rule: 156, Description: You are already on orders". Is this normal while waiting for your request to approved or denied, or did I already get put on orders? The on assignment tab shows nothing, the assignment button under the PDL shows nothing (though shows 4 blank latest report dates now) and my erb shows nothing projected. Its only been 24 hours so I don't expect any of that to be updated that quickly, even if I am on orders. Any incite with this I could get, I would really appreciate."Rule 156: You are already on orders." Showed up 24 hours after my request. Any one have more details on this?2018-06-23T18:22:47-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member3736679<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I requested an assignment through ASK Requisitions roughly around 1700 Fort Knox time. As an SSG your assignment management follows a set of perameters often sending you to career enhancing assignments such as Drill Sergeant, recruiting or special assignments like MACONS and Special Ops. Be patient and thankful that they are in fact managing your career and not just throwing a dart at a board. Give it a few days and check again. Thank you for your service. Check with your S1 to get scheduled for a LEVY brief only to begin rhe process .Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 24 at 2018 10:33 AM2018-06-24T10:33:45-04:002018-06-24T10:33:45-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member3740721<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Alright take it from an S1 Guy. Give it a week to breath before calling anyone. I bet the assignment will populate on your ERB and your good to go. Those ASK reqs are pre filtered to your eligibility. Your branch manager will double check to see if aligns with ur path and eligibility and than click the button to seal the deal. I will say I am a sold believer of the ASK system as I’ve utilized it myself and had positive results. Digressing, if you clicked on one of those assignments on ASK really good chance you will get it as those are highly needed fillable slots. It is true though be prepared to work in mediocre environments. “Real army”. I see them as a challenge when I’m ready to go back in the trenches in my career. When I’m looking for a break I’ll coordinate a pinpoint through people I know. Good luck and do good things! Camp Humphrey's Korea! I am assigned to the 8th Army Mission Support Element (MSE). I know very little of that unit or what the MSE does there. If anyone has info on it I'd appreciate it! Still waiting for the Sponsor to be assigned.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 26 at 2018 9:38 AM2018-07-26T09:38:58-04:002018-07-26T09:38:58-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member4210835<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I just had this same thing happen with me. Only change was I didn’t click on a requisition however after a correction to my DEROS, my branch manager was tracking. I just thought I’d get an email from her or something telling me where I’m going or what’s up.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 15 at 2018 4:15 PM2018-12-15T16:15:33-05:002018-12-15T16:15:33-05:002018-06-23T18:22:47-04:00
