Currently there is a heavy focus on recruiting and networking to find old shipmates. Not that these are bad capabilities, but I want a trusted community where I can seek professional partnerships, vendors I can trust because they share a common prior military bond, even get opinions on products and features.

For example - Industry-based collaboration, topics, and "Seeking"-"Have" match up:
- Government Contracting
- Software Development
- Telecommunications
- Aviation
- Facilities Maintenance
- Energy
- Securities
- Real Estate
- Banking
- Semi-Conductors
- Media
- Art and Music
(lots of additional domains and sub-domains can come along)

I wouldn't mind marketing from prior service members if there was a way to evaluate the services and share successes. Over time and growing pains I'm confident RP will evolve in many different facets that will benefit the members in a variety of ways. Some of your ideas may be able to see fruition with more leg work and research.
Suggestions to improve the site are always looked at and examined for potential. If you have ideas and a way to move forward on this, Email the administration with the outline. I can honestly say they have always been receptive.
