(because there was no crying) You would have to come in the house if you cried for falling.<br />I remember playing ding dong ditch and prank calling. <br />I remember hot coca in Chicago on those cold days we would use our toboggan sliding down the hills in the snow.<br />I remember the love from the neighbors during Halloween (thanks Mrs. Jackson for all the candy)<br />I remember the half an hour limit to the television. I am not a combat vet, so do not give me the respect our combat vets have earned!!!!! <br /><br />Now on a lighter side, The good ole' days were back when I was on the buoy tender, Sundew WLB-404. The ship was in some port almost every night while working a fall or spring buoy run on Lake Superior. The crew was pretty tight and while on liberty we all had each other's back. The MKC I worked for in main prop even ordered us to call him by his first name when we were in a bar/tavern! It was weird being a MK2 and calling my chief by his first name! Our crew worked hard, but I think we played even harder!
