Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS667848

For this weeks submission, I'm recommending the Dresden Files (there's about a dozen books).

What makes this series worth reading is that it is a "Hard Boiled" detective series set in semi-modern times (feels like the 1990-2000s) with a great protagonist.

But the real thing here is not the Protagonist, it's the "Brain Trust" the protagonist develops throughout the course of the series. It's his allies. No hero exists in a vacuum, and these stories are great about that. He is imperfect and has no problem calling for help in areas he needs.RP Book Club: Dresden Files - Jim Butcher2015-05-14T13:55:36-04:00Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS667848
