<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m betting dollars to pesos that your discharge orders with an effective date are already cut just sitting on someones desk waiting to be issued. I would contact your BN S1 to see if they are tracking your discharge orders. Or, you could also pay a visit to your reserve center RPAC and see if they have orders. If they do, and the date is effective on 10 Feb, then NO you will not need to show up to the next BTA........unless that date falls on a BTA weekend, then yes show up.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>NO, you should not.<br />If you do, they will have to do an annodated enlistment to reflect why you were paid beyond ETS.<br />They should code you in the pay book as Z, pending loss, until orders are cut.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have never heard of needing orders before the terms of your enlistment will be honored. After your ETS, you are a civilian. Period. As a civilian, the military cannot legitimately pay you as a SM. If anyone knows different, cite the law please. If they do pay you, then they are inappropriately using the purpose of appropriation (to pay Soldiers, which you are not), which makes it an Anti-Deficiency Act (ADA) violation. Anyone with knowledge must immediately report it to DA, who then tells the President. And, also under the ADA, if your command (while they are on duty) told you to show up without getting paid and you did, then they are violating 31 U.S.C. § 1342 (a class E felony) by having you perform voluntary services for the military without pay.
