"The Reserve Income Replacement Program pays eligible National Guard and reserve members mobilized for extended or frequent periods the difference between their monthly civilian pre-mobilization income and their current total monthly military compensation." - Military.com

Informative pamphlet with eligibility requirements: http://www.dix.army.mil/LegalOffice/files/RESERVEINCOMEREPLACEMENTPROGRAM.pdf

POCs for all service branches: http://ra.defense.gov/Contact/ReserveIncomeReplacementProgramContacts.aspx

As always, verify the information. I did some initial research to give you a start. Please contact the POCs to verify that the program is extended for 2015, and annually thereafter. Like all others, the budget can change to support this program.

Thank you for this jewel. I am going to training for the first time as a reservist and I really had only limited information about this.
