I&#39;ve seen many people either lower enlisted, higher enlisted, and officers wearing them not under their shirts. Is it against regulation to do so? If you are an aircrew member conducting aircrew duties, necklaces are a no go and dog tags go around the outside of the collar on your blouse and get tucked in between the blouse and tan shirt.
