But the more things change, the more they remain the same.<br /><br />Today's battlefield has not changed that much. I'm the Cold War, we fielded 2 Armored Calvary Regiments. Their mission was to find, fix and shape the Battlefield for the Heavy divisions that would follow up.<br /><br />I feel this is a basis for an honest discussion on how best to handle the current situation. That said, an ACR is really just a large BCT... The issue, do we need ACRs.
