I didn't apply for a CJR during my first term. Back then you had to make your intentions to reenlist clear by getting a CJR (Career Job Reservation). Then they would either give you one or retrain you. I didn't get one, then about a week before my ETS date I decided I wanted to stay. I was lucky because my Commander went to bat for me and I got to reenlist in the same job with no changes. But I could have just as easily been put out the gate.Response by MSgt Michael Smith made Oct 16 at 2019 3:12 PM2019-10-16T15:12:50-04:002019-10-16T15:12:50-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member5134616<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If it's anything like a Dec statement you can always request to withdraw it.
