How long after my RCP date should my ETS date be? Should it be 180 days?

I was reduced from e4 to e2 back in March 24 and my RCP came up for June 10 and they are telling me I have until Aug 9th 24 to ETs. From my understanding is that I have 180 date from the rcp date to ETs?

The most current RCP information can be found in DA PAM 601-280 chapter 3-4.
