<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>That's the problem with QSP. It's dirty and underhanded. No one really knows WHAT the criteria is for them. QMP is black and white. Easy to understand. If you have bad paper, you are out. But QSP is ambigous...obviously on purpose.
