Put out info to the Soldiers by Kakao https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/put-out-info-to-the-soldiers-by-kakao <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Kakao is very popular here in Korea and used to put out information by the mass instead of calling each individual. This is a free app and in my opinion very useful to save time. What are your thoughts of putting information out this way after everyone has been released for the day or over the weekend. Soldiers would you rather receive the phone call and get bothered on the weekend or weekday&amp;nbsp;or even have to come in for a formation to receive information. What are your thoughts on using Kakao instead? Is Kakao used in the states? Also its not a bad tool for putting out information, the only problem I see is when soldiers don't 1: check their devices, 2: respond, or 3: get the message because kakao servers go down. It's always a good idea to double tap with a phone call. -SGT LE SGT Phong Le Fri, 14 Feb 2014 19:44:27 -0500 2014-02-14T19:44:27-05:00 2014-02-09T23:37:16-05:00
