For those that are not diagnosed, I believe it would be a much higher rate of divorce. And, for those with the diagnosis, it at least gives the family the knowledge to understand the challenges they may face and gives them the knowledge to go forward or end the relationship. Some people also don't take their marriage vows seriously or never had the intention of a permanent situation. In general, the way marriage is treated these days is pretty sad.
