I am also attempting to enter an IBBF event in the next year or so. I have seen INCREDIBLE results as well. <div>My supplements include (at any given time) a preworkout, creatine, BCAAs, whey protein, Cassien protein, multivitamins, test boosters, estrogen blockers, and so on. </div><div>I also have a diet to match. I eat a LOT of meat, eggs, whole grains, and so on. </div><div>I have added a LOT of muscle mass and strength over the passed 2 years as a result. </div><div><br></div><div>Now.... I am a lifter. I NEVER take supplements before cardio or morning PT. Pre-workouts are not safe to take with Army PT or hard running and can kill.
