I’ve been in for two years now. I’m a 92A, but I’m thinking about 68C or 92R (my state really needs that MOS) Besides passing the pt test, what else do I need to do? How can I retake the asvab??

Generally the Guard (or Regular Army) will not let you reclass until it's time for you to re-enlist. You can always ask, the worse that can happen is they can tell you no. But unless your current MOS is over strength and the one you want is very under strength, I wouldn't get my hopes up on changing in the middle of an enlistment.
You can ask your training NCO about retaking the ASVAB. A lot of soldiers retake it trying to get a high enough score for a particular MOS, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

You need to wait until your window is open to reclass, if your gt score is not a 110 you need to go to bsep and get that up. Note that 92R you must be airborne qualified prior to going to ait, so if you can get airborne before trying to reclass that’s one less step you have to take.

Ask your chain of command for either fast class or talk to the retention nco
